Soccer Clinic Tonight!
For Boys and Girls born 2013-2004
Our Head Athletic Director, Danny Bacci, will be holding a soccer clinic.
The clinic will take place 5:00pm-7:00pm at Alley Spring (Alley Pond Park near the parking lot on 76th Ave just east of Springfield Blvd). The program is open to all members and anyone else from the neighborhood, the parish school, neighboring parishes that are assigned to AMAA, or the Martyrs religious education program, who would like to come down, check out the program, and give soccer a try. Registration numbers for soccer right now are VERY low, so please share the info with friends, neighbors, classmates, etc.
Who can attend: Boys and Girls born 2013-2004
Must bring: Water (suggested you put your name on it)
Strongly suggested: Shin Guards
Also recommend: Cleats, a soccer ball with your name on it if you have one.
Coach Danny will be able to run all the drills, but may not have enough help to ensure no kids stray or if they have to go to the bathroom, etc. So your help with this matter is appreciated. High school and college volunteers are welcome to come and help as well!
Just a reminder, registration is currently open on the AMAA website:
http://www.americanmartyrssports.com/online-registration.html
There are just a few days left to register and get the 5% early bird discount on top of the already discounted multi-sport packages and multi-child discounts!
Early registration helps us ensure early on that we have enough kids to field teams. If you register your child for a sport and we are unable to field a team in your child's age group (birth year or one year difference), we will work with CYO to find the closest parish that has a team that accommodate your child.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
